We're just around the corner now from the official date for Independence Day but the Amazon 4th of July sales have already started - in relatively low-key fashion. While not traditionally known for holding an event over this date (especially since it comes just before Amazon Prime Day), the retailer has bucked the trend this year with its own small scale Amazon 4th of July sale.
We've rounded up today's best deals in the Amazon 4th of July sales just down below and we'll be adding to the list as we head into next week. Note that some of these early sales require an Amazon Prime membership to be bought - although that's easily obtainable thanks to the Prime 30-day free trial. You can expect plenty more deals to be added to this list - including potentially non-Prime listings - as we head on through to next week.

Does Amazon have a 4th of July sale?
Amazon usually takes a relatively low-key approach to the 4th of July sales since the yearly Amazon Prime Day tends to follow shortly after - sometimes as soon as a week after in fact. Because of this, the retailer hasn't tended to 'officially' hold a 4th of July sale over the past few years.
Despite this, however, you'll still find tons of excellent deals at Amazon over the holiday on everything from cheap TVs to small appliances. Either by price matching or offering enticing early bird deals as an enticer for the upcoming Prime Day sale, Amazon's promotions are likely to be extremely competitive over 4th of July.

Amazon's 4th of July deals should offer plenty of options for tech bargain hunters judging by our coverage of last year's event. A few highlights include some fantastic cheap TV deals on Amazon Fire TVs (with record-low prices at the time), discounts on in-demand Instant Pots and Kitchen Aid stand mixers, and bargain Chromebooks.
Amazon was also home to some of the best Apple 4th of July deals last year, including $200 off a 16-inch MacBook Pro M1 and an Apple Watch 7 (latest model at the time) for $70 off. As expected, you could also find great discounts on Amazon's own vast range of smart tech – notably its eero line of mesh routers, Blink home security cameras, and refurbished Amazon Echo devices.
