Demonologist is quite a lot like Phasmophobia in that players must discover the identity of a ghost haunting a location to win the game. While the premise is relatively simple, the game is constantly getting new updates, with lots of different tools to use and ghosts to identify.

To help players understand what's to come for the future of Demonologist, developers have created a Trello board that acts as roadmap and explains what's to come. With some new features in the works and still others coming later, here's a look at the Demonologist roadmap for 2024.

Demonologist 2024 Roadmap

As of 29 January 2024, the developers at Clock Wizard Games have not announced a new roadmap for the game, nor have they updated the game's Trello page with any further information on upcoming updates.

The game did recently release a 1.3.0 update with some new features, but beyond knowing a new map is coming in the future based within a "Haunted School", very little is known about what else is coming to the game.

We'll be sure to keep this page updated as more information is revealed.

Demonologist 2023 Roadmap

Demonologist usually gets a new update every month or so. The game's developers keep track of these upcoming updates using a Trello board, which you can join for yourself.

That's it for what's to come for Demonologist. The game is already great after only being out for a few months, so we're excited to see what's in store for the future of this indie horror title. It seems like developers are focusing a lot on adding new maps, which will likely be great for gameplay diversity; for players who have been into the game for a while, it can get tiring going back to the same maps repeatedly. It'll also be exciting to see the maps get overhauled and how it'll affect gameplay.
